‘The Management Trainee (Marketing) program is designed to train future leaders by engaging youth in a develop-
mental framework that will ensure that the trainee has proper opportunities to turn their talent into an exciting
career. MTOs will work alongside marketing managers and accept delegated responsibilities with the goal of
eventually becoming marketing managers who are responsible to present our products in ways that will strength-
en our brand and boost sales.

Position: Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

•  Editing video footage based on storyline and transitions, enriching them with relevant music, dialogues, graphics and effects.
•  Performing all editing work including inserting music, sound effects, color, storyboarding,
  etc
•  Researching and analyzing best design techniques to create motion graphics
•  Creating sound effects by recording specific audio clips or choosing audio effects from a database of sounds to include in the final video production.
•  Understanding the design of social media content (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
•  Designing thumbnail and poster.

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience

Education: MBA in Finance from a reputed university. Partial qualification or Course ‘Completion of CA or CMA or ACCA will be an added advantage.

Experience: Relevant experience required for this position. Fresher’s are encourage to apply as well

MS Office Skill: Adept in using MS office applications especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint.

Other Skill: Strong communication skill in both English and Bengali.
